Amenities & Material Coordination Create and maintain a checklist of all property amenities and inventory. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of necessary materials. 3. Service Partner Coordination Identify and onboard essential service providers: Electrician, Plumber, Water Tanker, Drinking Water Supply Pest Control, Generator Services, Waste & Bio Waste Cleaners, WiFi Providers 4. Guest Service Enablement Source and document local guest services: Restaurants with delivery options Private chefs and catering services Cake and event delivery partners Identify local activity providers for tours, boating, and experiences. Oversee delivery of staff uniforms and training sessions.
