Job Title: Property Onboarding Manager Salary : ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Location : Kerala Department : Operations Language Skills : English and Hindi Reporting To : Regional Operations Head --- Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Onboarding Manager to ensure newly onboarded properties are fully prepared and compliant for guest stays. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and local service providers to guarantee operational readiness, aesthetic standards, and regulatory compliance across all properties. --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Property Readiness & Quality Assurance Conduct detailed property checks prior to handover for property launch. Confirm readiness of infrastructure, hygiene, amenities, and compliance standards. Collaborate with the Procurement and Regional Quality Check teams to close all pre-launch requirements. 2. Amenities & Material Coordination Create and maintain a checklist of all property amenities and inventory. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of necessary materials. 3. Service Partner Coordination Identify and onboard essential service providers: Electrician, Plumber, Water Tanker, Drinking Water Supply Pest Control, Generator Services, Waste & Bio Waste Cleaners, WiFi Providers 4. Guest Service Enablement Source and document local guest services: Restaurants with delivery options Private chefs and catering services Cake and event delivery partners Identify local activity providers for tours, boating, and experiences. Nearby Photographers for Photoshoot at property for guests 5. Brand & Compliance Execution Ensure implementation of company branding at the property. Oversee delivery of staff uniforms and training sessions. Ensure property compliance with all licensing, rules, and regulations. --- Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in Hospitality, Business, or relevant field Minimum 1–2 years of experience in property management or operations Excellent communication and coordination skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Basic understanding of procurement and local service sourcing Interested?
