Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee and maintain property operations at our Noida location. This on-site role involves managing day-to-day property management tasks, coordinating building maintenance activities, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and adhering to regulatory compliance requirements. The Property Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, managing vendor relationships, and implementing property improvement plans to maximize operational efficiency and asset value.

Qualifications

• Property management experience, including facility operations and maintenance.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to supervise and coordinate teams effectively.
• Financial management skills, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach to resolving issues.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations related to property management in India.
• Proficiency in property management software and tools is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
