Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Operations Management: Oversee services such as housekeeping, food, repair & maintenance, Wi-Fi, laundry, and hostel management across 45 properties/hostels.
Team Handling: Manage a team of 12 wardens and 1520 blue collared staff; keep the team motivated, focused, and aligned with organisational goals.
Discipline & Documentation: Ensure discipline across hostels and maintain all registers and operational sheets accurately.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a Customer Satisfaction Score of 4+ (out of 5) across all services.
Process Compliance: Adhere to internal and external processes, ensuring smooth and standardised operations.
Training & Development: Mentor and upskill team members, fostering both professional and personal growth.
Escalation Handling: Address and resolve operational escalations effectively.
