Role Overview

We are looking for a Property Acquisition Manager who will play a key role in expanding our portfolio by identifying, approaching, and onboarding premium farmstays, vacation homes, and experiential stays. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with property owners and ensuring a seamless listing experience on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential properties (farmstays, vacation homes, experiential stays) aligned with Gharana Stays brand positioning.

• Approach property owners, build trust, and pitch collaboration opportunities.

• Negotiate commercial terms, agreements, and platform listing details.

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new properties.

• Maintain strong relationships with property partners to ensure long-term collaboration.

• Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth property integration.

• Track acquisition metrics and deliver monthly/quarterly targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Sales, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in property acquisition, business development, or partnerships (hospitality/travel sector preferred).

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to build relationships with HNIs, property owners, and boutique operators.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with travel.

• Understanding of hospitality trends and customer expectations in luxury & semi-luxury stays.
