Role Overview


We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be the first point of contact for our guests and hosts. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for travel. You’ll ensure seamless booking experiences, resolve guest queries, and maintain strong relationships with hosts and travelers to uphold the Gharana Stays promise of trust and comfort.



Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

• Manage pre-booking and post-booking guest communications efficiently.

• Coordinate with property hosts and operations teams to confirm bookings and resolve issues.

• Address customer complaints with patience, professionalism, and promptness.

• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and bookings in the CRM system.

• Support refund, cancellation, and feedback processes as per company policy.

• Contribute to improving guest experience through feedback and proactive communication.

• Uphold the Gharana Stays values of warmth, reliability, and experiential travel.



Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel industry.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong problem-solving skills and customer empathy.

• Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM tools, booking platforms, or Excel/Google Sheets.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
