Role Overview:


We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to join our growing team. The intern will be primarily responsible for handling sales calls, converting leads generated by the company, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing vendor communications.


Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Conversion:

• Engage with leads provided by the company through calls, WhatsApp, or emails.

• Understand customer requirements, explain property details, and close bookings.

• Follow up with prospects to maximize conversions.

• Customer Service:

• Provide after-sales support ensuring smooth check-in/check-out experiences.

• Address customer queries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.

• Vendor Coordination:

• Communicate with property owners/hosts regarding bookings and requirements.

• Ensure timely confirmations and alignment between vendors and guests.

• Marketing Support:

• Assist the marketing team with lead nurturing activities.

• Share feedback from customers and vendors to improve campaigns and offerings.


Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).

• Confidence in handling calls with both customers and vendors.

• Negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals.

• Problem-solving mindset with customer-first attitude.

• Basic understanding of sales and marketing processes.


Eligibility:

• Graduate/Undergraduate students (preferably in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields).

• Freshers with a passion for sales and hospitality are welcome.

• Internship duration: 3–6 months (performance-based full-time opportunity available).
