Role Overview We are looking for a Sales Associate to connect with potential clients, guide them toward our trial classes, and help convert them into paying members. You will play a key role in our growth by building trust, following up with leads, and ensuring every interested customer finds the right yoga program for their needs. Key Responsibilities Call and engage with leads shared by the marketing team. Explain Harmoni Yoga’s programs and help clients choose the right plan. Schedule trial classes and ensure attendance through consistent follow-ups. Conduct follow-up calls and WhatsApp messages with trial participants. Track leads, maintain records, and update CRM regularly. Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets. Work closely with the team for smooth coordination. Requirements MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong proficiency in spoken English and Hindi is mandatory. Confident in making outbound calls and handling objections. Basic knowledge of yoga, wellness, or fitness is a plus (training will be provided). Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely. Prior experience in telesales or customer engagement is preferred but not mandatory. Must have their own computer system or laptop.
