Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Associate to connect with potential clients, guide them toward our trial classes, and help convert them into paying members. You will play a key role in our growth by building trust, following up with leads, and ensuring every interested customer finds the right yoga program for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and engage with leads shared by the marketing team.
• Explain Harmoni Yoga’s programs and help clients choose the right plan.
• Schedule trial classes and ensure attendance through consistent follow-ups.
• Conduct follow-up calls and WhatsApp messages with trial participants.
• Track leads, maintain records, and update CRM regularly.
• Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets.
• Work closely with the team for smooth coordination.

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency in spoken English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Confident in making outbound calls and handling objections.
• Basic knowledge of yoga, wellness, or fitness is a plus (training will be provided).
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.
• Prior experience in telesales or customer engagement is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must have their own computer system or laptop.
