Hot Vacancy: Business Development Manager Property Acquisition (KFC)

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and secure strategic locations for new KFC outlets in Bangalore and surrounding markets
Conduct market surveys, feasibility studies, and location assessments
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and developers
Negotiate commercial terms and finalize property agreements
Coordinate with Legal, Projects, Finance, and Operations teams during the acquisition process
Track competition development and market expansion trends
Drive end-to-end site acquisition targets as per business growth plans

Requirements:

Graduate / MBA preferred
4–8 years of experience in property acquisition, retail expansion, real estate, or business development
Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills
Knowledge of commercial real estate markets in Bangalore
Ability to travel within the assigned region
