The Pixelate is looking for BRAND MANAGER to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Conducting market research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends, and using insights to inform brand strategy Developing and implementing marketing plans, including advertising, promotions, events, and digital marketing campaigns Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and design, to ensure that all elements of the brand are aligned and consistent Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners Monitoring and analyzing brand performance, including sales, market share, and customer feedback, and making recommendations for improvement Developing and managing brand budgets, and ensuring that marketing programs are delivered on time and within budget Ensuring that all brand communications are consistent and in line with brand guidelines, and working with agencies to develop creative concepts and execute advertising and promotional campaigns Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze market data and make recommendations for improvement Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their career goals, strengths, and challenges. Provide guidance on course selection, study plans, and career pathways based on individual needs and interests. Own the centre admission target and work towards fulfilling it under the guidance of the Centre Incharge. Maintain accurate records of student progress, counseling sessions, and achievements. Maintain updated records in CRM system. Prepare reports and documentation as required by the institute or regulatory bodies. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in any subject. Proven experience in academic counseling, preferably in an educational or coaching environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills. Empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with students and parents. Knowledge of academic programs, career pathways, and educational resources. Traits and Abilities: Empathetic Approach: Ability to understand and empathize with students' concerns and needs. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff effectively. Problem-Solving: Capability to identify issues and provide effective solutions or referrals. Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple students' needs and maintain records. Positive Influence: Ability to inspire and motivate students toward academic excellence and personal growth.
