Jewellery Sales Assistant

As a Jewelry Sales Associate, your role involves greeting and engaging customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable jewellery pieces. You will be responsible for explaining product features, metal/gemstone details, certifications, pricing, and after-sales services. Additionally, you will present customization and bespoke options to customers while coordinating with the design team. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and engage customers; identify needs and recommend suitable jewellery. - Explain product features, metal/gemstone details, certifications, pricing, and after-sales services. - Present customization/bespoke options and coordinate with the design team. - Meet individual and showroom sales targets; upsell and cross-sell. - Build and maintain CRM database; follow up on enquiries and special-occasion leads. - Ensure secure handling of high-value inventory and follow loss-prevention procedures. - Maintain attractive product displays and showroom presentation. - Participate in promotions, festive campaigns, and customer events. Qualifications: - 13 years of jewellery retail or luxury sales experience (freshers with a strong retail/luxury background may be considered). - Basic knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and hallmarking preferred. - Proven sales record and customer relationship skills.
