1. Project Executive

Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day project coordination and execution.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants.
• Support site inspections, reporting, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in project execution (commercial interiors preferred).
• Strong coordination, MS Office, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

2. Senior Executive – Projects

Responsibilities:

• Manage medium-scale projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Handle vendor management, procurement, BOQ preparation, and site supervision.
• Track project schedules, budgets, and ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with clients for requirement gathering and approvals.
• Support Project Manager in planning and execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architecture/Interior Design.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management/execution.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction standards.
• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.

3. Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple office fit-out and interior projects.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage stakeholders – clients, consultants, contractors, vendors.
• Ensure compliance with design standards, safety, and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct regular review meetings and provide progress reports.
• Drive cost optimization and process improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in managing large-scale commercial interiors/projects.
• Strong project management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

4. MEP Designer

Responsibilities:

• Prepare MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) design drawings and layouts.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site teams for integration.
• Review MEP designs for feasibility, cost, and compliance.
• Support project execution teams during installation and commissioning.
• Ensure adherence to safety and energy efficiency standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience in MEP design (commercial projects preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and MEP design tools.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
