Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    Manage and take care of civil structure works, Handing over of Flats and project activities such as monitoring of site activities, quality control, site safety, billing process, Coordination for Rectification of Snag points as Raised by QA team.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    - To have a good knowledge of finishing material / works / methodology. - To have a good command on BOQ, drawings & coordinate with other services drawing. - Responsible for Checking of Activities related to Civil & Finishing work. - Daily Monitoring of day-to-day activity and resolve the same in prescribed time durations. Generate reports of the same. - To assist site Engineer in closure of snag points and ongoing works. - Implementation of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Control in consultation of site manager and Safety officers. - Preparation of bar bending schedules and Civil work quantities take off.

Technical Competencies


    Execution / Monitoring of Structures / Plans,Project management skills/ Negotiation skills,Understanding of Civil Drawings,Understanding of Civil Structures

Qualifications and Experience


    - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. - Around 8 to 10 years of relevant experience. - Must have knowledge of working on MS Excel. - Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus. - Must have worked with Real Estate Developer.
