Project Support Coordinator

As an Onsite Software Project Coordinator based in Udaipur, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing software projects at client locations. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Acting as the main point of contact between the client and the project team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. - Coordinating project activities, allocating resources effectively, and managing tasks to ensure timely execution based on project plans and client requirements. - Conducting regular meetings with clients to review project progress, address any issues or concerns, and provide updates on project status. Ensuring that customer expectations are in sync with the development strategy. - Providing regular updates to senior management regarding project status, milestones achieved, and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Offering training and support to end-users on new systems, processes, and functionalities. - Documenting and formalizing change requests (CRs) and obtaining approval for them. - Facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) meetings with the customer and monitoring UAT progress, defects, and issues to ensure UAT sign off. - Ensuring an effective client issue management process is followed from identification to closure to minimize project impact. - Demonstrating a strong understanding of the project domain and effectively communicating technical concepts to clients.
