Job Description

As a Project Support Coordinator at The Garage India, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the transformation to value-based care by managing client projects, coordinating teams, and supporting project management activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing client projects and deadlines effectively to meet business objectives. - Coordinating internal and external teams to provide solutions and ensure project deliverables meet objectives and timelines. - Supporting the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to project execution, deployment, and closure. - Maintaining detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues list, and risk management plans. - Providing detailed reports on project progress against plan and delivery. - Guiding and instructing project team members to maximize resource utilization and contribute to successful project delivery. - Coordinating cross-functional meetings to meet stakeholder expectations and company objectives. - Negotiating with project stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks. - Utilizing various IT applications like EMR/EHR's, CCLF, and HL7 protocol. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in Project Support and Project Coordination. - Strong Analytical Skills. - Excellent Communication skills. - Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - Prior experience in a healthcare-related field is a plus.
