Job Description

Project Sales Professional

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in
real estate, infrastructure, and commercial projects
.
Engage with
builders, developers, architects, consultants, PMC firms, and government bodies
.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable
Prepare and deliver
technical presentations
and project proposals.
Follow up on tenders, BOQs, and project specifications.
Coordinate with engineering and design teams to develop customized project solutions.
Manage negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures.
Track ongoing projects and ensure smooth handover to the execution team.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Role & responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

3-10 years of experience in
Project Sales
.
Background in
elevators, HVAC, industrial machines, building products, automation, or infrastructure solutions
is preferred.
Strong network with
architects, builders, EPC companies
, and government departments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle
long, complex sales cycles
.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
