Project Sales Manager

As a Business Development professional focusing on Project Sales, you should hold a Master's degree in Business or a related field. With 3 to 4 years of experience in business development or sales within the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Turnkey Projects Industry, you are expected to have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your success in this role will rely on your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as your strong negotiation and closing abilities. Your responsibilities will include identifying and developing new business opportunities, working on Designing & Solution expertise, SITC & turnkey projects, and building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders. You will need to create and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets, conduct market research and analysis, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure project execution and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will be required to prepare and present proposals, presentations, and sales contracts, negotiate and close deals, monitor key sales metrics and market trends, and stay updated with industry developments. Your role will involve working with infrastructure sales, commercial projects, and providing feedback and input to senior management on market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. This position is based in Gurugram, Haryana. You should be self-motivated, target-driven, able to work both independently and as part of a team, and willing to travel as necessary to fulfill your duties effectively.,
