Conduct rate analysis, material reconciliation, and cost variance studies. Manage contracts, tendering, and procurement documentation in coordination with the project and purchase teams. Prepare and review client and subcontractor bills, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual terms. Support project teams in budget preparation, cash flow forecasting, and cost monitoring. Evaluate contractor claims, variations, and change orders; assist in dispute resolution when required. Maintain detailed project cost reports and ensure compliance with company standards. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and consultants for effective execution and control. Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of civil construction, finishing works, and related materials. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Quantity Estimation software. Excellent knowledge of contractual terms, tendering, and cost management practices. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Effective communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
