Quantity Surveying & EstimationMeasurement and quantity take-off (Civil/Architectural/Structural) Preparing BOQs as per standard methods of measurement (POMI, CESMM, SMM7) Cost estimation and rate analysis Tender preparation and evaluation Budget preparation and cost control Variation orders and claims management Interim payment certificates (IPC) preparation Technical / EngineeringReviewing construction drawings (Architectural, Structural) Site supervision and execution monitoring Quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) Preparing daily/weekly progress reports Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers Material management and planning Software SkillsAutoCAD MS Excel (Advanced) MS Project / Primavera (if applicable) Quantity surveying software (CostX, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, etc.)
