Job Description

Good knowledge of construction materials, estimation, and measurement. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity estimation software. Strong communication and documentation skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines. Team player with a proactive approach repare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents. Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications. Evaluate contractor quotations and assist in budgeting and tendering. Track project costs and prepare cost reports. Prepare interim and final bills and coordinate with site and accounts teams. Support project management in maintaining cost efficiency and material reconciliation.
