Illustrator

To conceptualize and produce high-quality creative illustrations, visual storytelling, and digital art that effectively communicate project themes and exceed client expectations through innovation, technical proficiency, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Creativity & uniqueness:   Understand the project brief—including client requirements, brand identity, budget, and site constraints—to develop multiple creative concepts, design ideas, and storyboards. Translate conceptual ideas into compelling visuals, combining traditional illustration with digital tools. Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations using industry-standard design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Blender, Autodesk 3ds Max, or similar). Prepare architectural and interior theme drawings using AutoCAD or SketchUp. Collaborate with architects and designers to visualize environments, themes, and narratives through mood boards, color studies, and digital art. Ensure the use of the latest design technologies, techniques, and software to enhance productivity and visual quality. Design graphics for internal and external communication materials such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, and marketing collateral. Stay updated with design trends, 3D visualization techniques, and creative storytelling tools. Process orientation: 1.     Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to project documentation and design workflow. 2.     Maintain proper file management and version control in coordination with the document controller at Head Office. 3.     Ensure design outputs meet deadlines, quality standards, and project specifications. Support cross-functional collaboration with design, production, and marketing teams. Key Skills / Experience Required Diploma / Degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field. Postgraduate degree is an advantage but not mandatory. Google sketch, Photoshop, Coral draw or 3D Max. CAD 1–3 years of relevant experience in illustration, graphic design, or visual development within creative, architectural, or entertainment industries. Proven portfolio demonstrating unique conceptualization, illustration style, and thematic visualization skills.
