Perform ratio analysis, valuation benchmarking, and company-level performance tracking. Create concise, jargon-free explainers and market updates for the Gentle app and social media. Contribute to research projects such as sector trends, investment themes, and portfolio insights. Collaborate with design and product teams to translate numbers into clear, visual stories. What You’ll Need Strong grasp of financial statements and valuation concepts. Good command of Excel / Google Sheets (lookups, pivots, XIRR, etc.). Basic knowledge of Python / SQL is an advantage. Clear written communication and curiosity to simplify finance. Familiarity with tools like Screener, Trendlyne, or CapitalIQ is helpful. Eligibility Full-Time: 2–4 years of experience in research, finance, or fintech. Internship: Final-year or postgraduate students (Finance, Economics, Management). Responsibilities will include: Design elegant, intuitive, and scalable UI interfaces for both mobile and web. Build and maintain the core Design System in Figma — including typography, grid systems, iconography, spacing, and tokenized components. Collaborate closely with UX researchers, product managers, and motion designers to maintain design harmony across journeys. Build animated components or tokens to enhance interactive feedback within the app. Deliver production-ready motion assets using tools like Lottie (JSON), Rive, or MP4 — optimized for performance and responsiveness. Define animation intent using timing specs, easing curves, and storyboards for complex flows.
