By leveraging multi-asset portfolio tracking, AI-driven analysis, personalized discovery, and trust-building credibility systems, Gentle transforms the financial experience into a guided, insightful, and even enjoyable journey.

Responsibilities:

Design both functional product animations and brand-level motion storytelling for mobile and web.
Animate logo transitions, splash screens, onboarding journeys, micro-interactions (e.g., toggles, taps, drags), and success/failure states.
Build animated components or tokens to enhance interactive feedback within the app.
Deliver production-ready motion assets using tools like Lottie (JSON), Rive, or MP4 — optimized for performance and responsiveness.
Define animation intent using timing specs, easing curves, and storyboards for complex flows.
Create a lightweight Motion Design System — including reusable motion tokens and standardized durations/easing presets.

Must-Have Tools:

After Effects
Rive / Lottie
Figma (Smart Animate or basic prototyping)
Framer (optional)

Experience:

4+ years of experience in motion for product or brand
Strong understanding of integrating motion into mobile/web products (not just video reels)
