Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Okhla for a Project Quantity Surveyor. The role involves preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing project costs, and controlling budgets effectively. Responsibilities include cost planning, analyzing project expenditure, and generating cost reports. The Project Quantity Surveyor will collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery within budget and specifications.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Cost Control and Cost Management to ensure effective budget monitoring and allocation.
• Skilled in preparing and handling Bills of Quantities (BOQ) with accuracy and efficiency.
• Experience in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting to support project financial management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools; understanding of construction processes is an advantage.
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
