Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled
Project/Program Management Advisor to lead analytics-driven transformation initiatives across our organization. This role requires
data analysis as a core capability, combined with strong experience in
business process improvement, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, process mining, client engagement, and project/program management. The Advisor will serve as both a strategist and hands-on leader, ensuring delivery excellence, measurable business outcomes, and a culture of continual improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights (Must-Have)

Analyze complex datasets to uncover insights, risks, and opportunities that inform program strategy.

Develop KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards to monitor program health, efficiency, and outcomes.

Apply statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast performance and resource needs.
Business Process Improvement

Lead initiatives to streamline and optimize processes using Lean Six Sigma Black Belt frameworks.

Apply process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Signavio) to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement across program delivery.
Project & Program Management

Oversee large, complex programs, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Establish governance frameworks, risk management practices, and communication cadences.

Mentor project managers and ensure best practices in planning, execution, and reporting.
Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and clients, aligning initiatives with strategic priorities.

Translate business needs into actionable project/program roadmaps.

Present insights, recommendations, and outcomes to leadership in an executive-ready format.
Strategic & Advisory Contributions

Shape project and program strategies by embedding data-driven decision-making.

Influence technology and business stakeholders on the adoption of innovative analytics and process improvement practices.

Partner with Finance and Operations teams to validate ROI and track program benefits realization.
Education & Experience
Education
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, or related field (required).

Master's degree (MBA, MS in Analytics/Operations, or equivalent) preferred.

Certifications:

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (mandatory)

PMP/PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master (preferred)

Process Mining certification (desirable)
Experience

8 + years of professional experience, with a strong focus on program/project management and business transformation.

Proven ability to deliver data-driven insights using SQL, Excel, Python/R, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Experience leading cross-functional programs with measurable cost, quality, or efficiency improvements.

Hands-on experience with process mining tools to diagnose and improve performance.

Demonstrated success in client-facing advisory roles with senior leadership engagement.

Background in BPS/outsourcing, shared services, or consulting desirable.
