Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and workflows of the Creative Design Team.
  • Manage project intake, task allocation, and timeline planning in coordination with the Leadership Team.
  • Track project progress to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
  • Monitor project scopes, budgets, and schedules to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular reviews to balance workloads and priorities across the team.
  • Act as a liaison between Creative, Production, and Client Servicing teams.
  • Participate in client meetings, document discussions, and follow up on actionable items.

Office Administration

  • Supervise daily office operations to ensure smooth cross-department functioning.
  • Support HR and Leadership teams with scheduling, coordination, and internal communications.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and administrative records.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, logistics, and event planning for internal or client-facing activities.
  • Maintain internal documentation, reports, and compliance records.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

    Bachelors degree from a reputed university (any discipline).
  • Experience:

    1 - 2 years in project coordination, studio management, or administrative operations.
  • Skills:

    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
    • Experience in creative, design, or marketing environments preferred.
    • Hands-on, proactive attitude with the ability to manage details effectively.
