Key Responsibilities: Proactively build and manage a pipeline of new business leads through prospecting, networking, and outreach. Promote and sell the companys services across creative branding, advertising, digital content, web development, and IT branding. This role is key to ensuring smooth internal workflows, efficient team coordination, and timely delivery of high-quality creative outputs. The ideal candidate will be an organized multitasker and proactive collaborator , capable of managing creative projects end-to-end while maintaining seamless administrative support across departments. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Operations (15-member Creative Team) Oversee day-to-day operations and workflows of the Creative Design Team. Manage project intake, task allocation, and timeline planning in coordination with the Leadership Team. Track project progress to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations are met. Monitor project scopes, budgets, and schedules to maintain operational efficiency. Conduct regular reviews to balance workloads and priorities across the team. Act as a liaison between Creative, Production, and Client Servicing teams. Participate in client meetings, document discussions, and follow up on actionable items. Office Administration (18-member Office Team) Supervise daily office operations to ensure smooth cross-department functioning.
