Responsibilities:

Lead digital transformation and supply chain optimization programs from initiation to completion.
Drive
B2B and B2C product management initiatives
to enhance procurement efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions across the sourcing & procurement value chain.
Partner with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals, timelines, and budget.
Monitor risks, issues, and progress while ensuring delivery excellence.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
6+ years of relevant experience
in digital transformation or program/project management within supply chain or procurement.
Exposure to
manufacturing industry
projects.
Hands-on experience with
ERP / procurement platforms
(SAP, Ariba, Coupa, etc.).
Strong communication, organizational, and client management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree in SCM / IT / Business.
Certification in
PMP / Prince2 / Agile
.
Experience leading large-scale transformation in sourcing & procurement.
