Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in enterprise software or customer communications.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with Smart COMM platform and document composition tools.
Strong understanding of CCM (Customer Communications Management) processes.
Familiarity with integration platforms and APIs.
Relevant PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
Oversee Smart COMM configuration, template design, and integration with core systems (e.g., Guidewire, Salesforce).
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Provide regular status updates to leadership and clients.
