Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Facilitate the renewal process of labor and software/hardware contracts.
• Manage contractor onboarding & offboarding processes for capacity management.
• Collaborate with Finance team on baseline budget maintenance and monthly variance analysis.
• Manage monthly forecast updates, including leadership finance meetings and system updates.
• Manage weekly timecard compliance and submission process.
• Manage Year-end project/labor closure activities.
• Facilitate project deliverables associated with the annual operating plan.

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications (i.e., Oracle e-Business Suite)
• Proficient in financial management, budget maintenance, and resource plan management techniques.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Retail experience is a plus.
