Project Manager

As a Project Manager in the construction industry, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. You will develop detailed project plans while ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes. Monitoring project progress and performance will be crucial, and you will need to make adjustments as necessary to stay on track. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will manage and mitigate project risks by ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues. Regularly preparing and presenting project updates to stakeholders and senior management will be essential. Overseeing the procurement of materials and equipment to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance will also fall under your responsibilities. As a qualified candidate for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. With a total experience of 15+ years in civil industrial construction, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. A proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously is required. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods is essential. Your excellent leadership and team management skills will be critical, as you will need to motivate and guide diverse teams effectively. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are necessary. Familiarity with project management software and tools, along with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, will be beneficial.
