Job Description

15 Years Experience in industrial civil construction works Responsibilities Develop and implement safety programs and policies for construction projects. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate hazards. Provide safety training and education to all employees and subcontractors. Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations. Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing reports and recommendations for prevention. Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety into all aspects of project planning and execution. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best safety practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in a safety management role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and deliver safety training programs. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
