Role & responsibilities

1. Planning, Organizing and implementing HSE management system and creating HSE strategy.

2. Execution of Corporate HSE plan.

3. Digitalization of HSE processes.

4. Collating MIS reports from all business verticles and trend analysis..

5. Developing corporate safety standards and monitoring implementation for leadership review.

6. Identifying business specific training needs and creating HSE training program.

7. Monitoring Legal compliances across all business verticals.

8. Tracking CAPA of incident learnings.

9. Knowledge on work place Safety Standards / Construction Safety Standards / Process Safety Management

10. Accident investigation techniques and analysis. And developing business specific learnings.

11. Legal compliance related requirements on EHS (Factories Act, BOCW Act, Emergency Response plan).
