Commissioning Engineer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. To carry out all assigned precommissioning and commissioning activities as per schedule and to follow SOP and industrial safety practices. 2. To prepare and complete Documentation related to Pre commissioning and commissioning. (Log Sheets, PGR Data, JPC). 3. To demonstrate successful plant performance to meet contractual requirement and successful handing over of plant to client. 4. To maintain Good relationship with Plant Operational staff/Client Staff, Customer and vendors. 5. Support to Erection engineer during installation of equipment, piping, Instrumentation. 6. Trouble shooting during start up and commissioning. 7. To co-ordinate with package suppliers & to support them during commissioning. Preferred candidate profile 1. Experience of Plant Operations, Pre Commissioning and Commissioning of Plant 2. Able to understand Chemical Plant Processes, P&IDs, function of different equipment, Packages 3. Troubleshooting and investigating problems, diagnosing/repairing faults and corrective actions. Behavioral Competencies 1. Communication & Presentation skills 2. Problem Solving Skills 3.
