Educational Qualifications

Must Diploma / Degree in Engineering from reputed University

Preferable - Instrumentation / Chemical Engineering

Experience
2 to 5 Years in commissioning and Trouble-shooting of Membranes and Chromo Systems Scope of the job

- Commissioning and Servicing of Chromo and Membrane Systems

- Commissioning of Process Systems such as liquid Chromatography, Membranes (MF, UF, NF, RO)

- Execution of AMC contracts & trouble shooting liquid Chromatography, Membranes (MF, UF, NF, RO)

- Generation of Business AMCs, Sale of spares

Job Description- (Incumbent needs to do/ Outcome anticipated)

- Timely Commissioning of Process Systems such as Chromo, Membranes and in budget assigned

- Timely execution of AMC contracts and strive for customer satisfaction

- Generate Business for AMCs and spares of Chromo and Membrane Systems as per set target

- Maintain documentation daily activity reports, monthly planner, Site data logger, other log sheets

- Impart training to Operators and other team members

- Perform IQ, OQ, FAT

Incumbent needs to know

- Knowledge od processes in Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology/ Bio Pharma

- Liquid chromatography systems (High and low pressure)

- Understanding of Membranes and chromo Systems, Maintenance of pumps, UV detectors, valves etc.

- Basic knowledge of handling electrical parts and instruments
