Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Develop, monitor and implement the organization's health and safety policy; to ensure the organization is compliant with health and safety norms laid down by the government/Factory Act.
2. Establish safe practices inside factory & office premises.
3. Regular audits of factory and office to ensure that employees are working in safe surroundings
4. Conduct drills, such as fire drills, safety drills, to ensure equipment is properly functioning and staff are aware of what to do in an emergency.
5. Monitor, initiate and organize periodical safety meeting with security personnel
6. Inspections: inspect the workplace for potential hazards, identify potential hazards, assess the risks and report potential hazards.
7. Conduct investigations: respond to and investigate accidents and emergencies and take measures to ensure the same issue does not arise again.
8. Conduct regular training, so that all employees are aware of occupational hazards, as well as creating and implementing company policies for emergency procedures, such as evacuations.
9. Administrative tasks: keep records of daily activities, accidents and maintain reference materials.
