About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Software Project Manager to lead our technical teams and drive successful delivery of software solutions. The role demands strong project management skills, technical understanding, and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical teams to deliver high-quality software products.
• Plan and monitor project execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Drive Agile practices, resolve blockers, and ensure smooth team coordination.
• Take ownership, initiate improvements, and ensure project success with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of software project management experience in a product-based environment.
• Strong technical knowledge and SDLC understanding.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
