Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, manage relationships with stakeholders, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Management:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and track project progress, making adjustments as needed.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Team Coordination:

• Lead and motivate project team members.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and management.
• Provide direction and support to project team members.

• Stakeholder Management:

• Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to update them on project progress and address any issues.

• Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project risks and implement contingency plans as necessary.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

• Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

• Reporting:

• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT industry.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
