Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end ITMS projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.Oversee project planning, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring that all technical and functional requirements are met.Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, and take proactive measures to mitigate them.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status and milestones.Ensure adherence to ITMS standards, guidelines, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.Handle client and stakeholder communication, ensuring all expectations are met or exceeded.Lead project teams, fostering collaboration, and providing guidance and support to team members.Conduct post-project reviews to capture learnings and ensure continuous improvement for future projects.
