Job Description

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and technically-savvy 

Project Manager

 to lead the execution of strategic projects for a US-based enterprise client. This role is focused on managing 

Unified Communications (UC Voice)

 platforms, 

Aria Cybersecurity

 solutions, and adjacent 

technical IT infrastructure initiatives

. The ideal candidate thrives in distributed environments, has excellent stakeholder management skills, and brings a balance of 

delivery rigor

 and 

technical fluency

.

Key Responsibilities

Project Ownership & Execution

  • Drive end-to-end project management for initiatives related to:

  • UC Voice systems

     (e.g., Microsoft Teams Voice, Cisco CallManager, Zoom, Avaya)

  • Aria Cybersecurity platforms

     (SIEM, SOC integration, policy enforcement)
  • Other technical infrastructure rollouts and migrations
  • Define detailed 

    project plans, timelines, milestones

    , and risk matrices
  • Coordinate across 

    technical teams, vendor partners, cybersecurity leads

    , and business stakeholders

    • Client & Stakeholder Communication

    • Serve as the 

      primary liaison

       for US-based client teams, ensuring 

      overlap with EST hours

    • Provide structured 

      weekly status reports, dashboards, risk logs

      , and recovery plans
    • Facilitate client meetings, design walkthroughs, escalation calls, and executive briefings

    Agile & Delivery Operations

    • Operate using 

      Agile, Scrum, or hybrid models

       based on project requirements
    • Manage 

      Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools

       to track deliverables
    • Conduct sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and retrospectives where applicable


    Documentation & Governance

    • Maintain detailed project documentation, RACI matrices, runbooks, and knowledge bases
    • Drive 

      compliance with cybersecurity protocols

       and UC governance requirements
    • Support RFP responses and client audit documentation (for regulated projects)


    Technical Collaboration

    • Interface with 

      Solution Architects, Cybersecurity Analysts, DevOps

      , and UC Engineers
    • Understand technical architectures to foresee delivery blockers and integration gaps
    • Coordinate cross-cutting concerns: 

      data privacy, identity management, network QoS
