Job Overview:


We are looking for a dynamic and technically oriented Project Manager to lead the delivery of GenAI-focused programs. The successful candidate will serve as a crucial link between client expectations and our expert team, ensuring the smooth delivery of our AI solutions and their alignment with client objectives. A strong background in project management, experience working with LLMs or GenAI products, and the ability to work intuitively in fast-scaling environments are essential. This is a client-facing, data-driven, and solution-focused role ideal for someone with critical thinking skills, technical curiosity, and experience working in dynamic, ambiguous environments.


Key Responsibilities:

● Manage all aspects of project life cycles for generative AI initiatives, including planning,

execution, monitoring, delivery and closure. Ensure projects meet internal standards and client

expectations.

● Guide customers in defining realistic goals and workflows in evolving GenAI environments

● Lead weekly and monthly status reporting, including data analysis, performance insights, and

stakeholder updates

● Provide strategic input on the application of generative AI technologies in client projects. Advise

on model selection, data utilization, and custom AI solutions.

● Ensure cross-functional collaboration across departments, including Community, Sourcing,

Quality, Payments, Compliance, and Product

● Translate abstract client needs into actionable workflows and scalable solutions

● Drive consistency and excellence in performance across globally distributed crowds

● Lead customer communications, managing expectations, and providing regular updates

● Create and maintain clear documentation: project plans, process maps, SOPs, and meeting

notes

● Own client relationships, proactively managing satisfaction and growth opportunities

● Recommend best practices, tools, and process improvements to enhance delivery

● Stay informed on GenAI advancements, LLM technologies, and implications for production.


Required Skills & Competencies:


● Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

● Deep understanding of LLMs, data models, and generative AI workflows. Experience in deploying

AI technologies and fine-tuning them to specific business needs.

● Agile/Scrum and/or PMP certification is a strong plus

● Communication Excellence: Exceptional communication in English (C1+) with the ability to

articulate complex technical details and project statuses effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

● Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities, capable of foreseeing

potential challenges and devising effective solutions.

● Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse teams. Strong

interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration across various groups.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Flexible and responsive to feedback and

changes in project scope or direction.

● Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and autonomy


Qualifications:

● Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a tech or global services environment,

with at least 1 year in a leadership role within the technology or AI domain.

● Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

● Experience in managing crowd-based projects or community operations (preferred)
