Samvedna Development Society is looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager – CSR to lead and expand its Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The role involves driving CSR business development, donor engagement, proposal development, and RFP management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building CSR partnerships and managing donor relations effectively within the development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write high-quality CSR proposals aligned with client objectives and organizational goals.
• Manage end-to-end donor relationships, including outreach, meetings, documentation, and reporting.
• Analyze RFPs and create strategic responses that meet compliance and impact requirements.
• Identify and pursue new CSR funding opportunities by networking with corporates and funding partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design impactful CSR programs and submit funding proposals.
• Track CSR market trends, policy changes, and build strategic partnerships in the development ecosystem.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for reporting, MOU, and partnership agreements.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in CSR proposal writing and concept note development.
• Excellent understanding of RFP analysis and CSR compliance frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong networking and client relationship management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and lead CSR projects from ideation to execution.
