Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager (PMO) who can oversee multiple workstreams, align stakeholders, and ensure flawless execution. The role requires high ownership, adaptability, and the ability to manage diverse projects across formulation, operations, marketing, compliance, and vendor partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously — including packaging, vendor onboarding, sales pipeline, social media, CRM adoption, and shipments

● Develop and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and Gantt charts in Excel/Google Sheets

● Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution

● Drive vendor empanelment, negotiations, and relationship management

● Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and ensure timely project delivery

● Standardize processes for vendor management and project execution

● Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and report progress to leadership

● Support adoption of CRM tools and digital workflows for efficiency

Requirements

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, or Project Management

● 3–7 years experience in project management or operations (FMCG, cosmetics, consulting/startup preferred)

● Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (dashboards, formulas, data analysis)

● Tech-savvy with ability to adopt CRM, project management, and workflow tools quickly

● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

● Problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making mindset

● PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification preferred but not mandatory
