Project Manager (PMO)

As a PMO (Project Management Officer) for the TCS BaNCS Insurance Implementation project based in Trivandrum with occasional onsite visits to GCC, your key responsibilities will include supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities. You will be required to coordinate between internal teams, QA, BA, and TCS project stakeholders to ensure alignment across all phases of the program. Tracking project milestones, deliverables, and risks, as well as maintaining and updating project documentation, reports, and dashboards will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will facilitate UAT planning and execution, prepare status reports, escalation documents, and stakeholder presentations, and monitor resource allocation while assisting in budget and commercial tracking. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a PMO or Project Coordinator role, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector. A strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid is essential, along with prior experience in large-scale enterprise implementations, particularly within the TCS BaNCS framework. Exposure to Middle East insurance domain projects would be a significant advantage. Proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and other project tracking tools is required. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and reporting. Holding a PMP or Prince2 Certification would be preferred.
