Project Manager

Department: Client Delivery & Operations Reports To: Founder Type: Full-Time (Monday–Saturday) Role Overview We are hiring a Project Manager to lead and manage all client delivery operations at PCS Media. You will be responsible for: Managing the creative & ads production pipeline Coordinating editors, designers, copywriters & automation support Ensuring all client deliverables go out on time, every time Delivering a smooth client experience with clear communication Implementing SOPs, checklists, and reporting systems Reducing the founder’s daily operational involvement This is an ownership role, not just “coordination”. You are the person who makes sure nothing slips, nothing gets delayed, and every client feels supported. Key Responsibilities 1. Project & Task Management Plan, track, and manage daily tasks for: Video Editor Graphic Designer Copywriter Landing Page Designer Ads & Automation support Assign tasks with clear briefs, timelines & checklists. Maintain ClickUp/Notion board across all clients. Ensure every task moves from To-Do → Doing → Review → Done without delays. 2. Creative & Production Pipeline You will own the full workflow: Script → Creative → Shoot (if any) → Edit → Review → Final Delivery Share briefs with editor/designer. Review output for: Grammar CTA Branding accuracy Client positioning Prevent poor quality from reaching clients. 3. Client Communication & Delivery Send daily/weekly progress updates to clients. Collect inputs/approvals from clients. Maintain professional, structured WhatsApp communication. Ensure client deadlines are met without fail. Preempt issues before clients raise concerns. You become the single point of contact for delivery, so the founder can focus on strategy only. 4. Reporting & Coordination With Ads Team Maintain a unified reporting sheet for each client. Ensure ads team receives creatives & copies on time. Assist in gathering: Daily ad performance Weekly client reporting Monthly summaries 5. SOP Implementation & Process Optimization Maintain & update all SOPs. Create new SOPs as workflows evolve. Implement checklists for creative, editing & delivery. Identify bottlenecks and fix them proactively. 6. Operations & Team Management Conduct daily follow-ups with the internal team. Run daily standup and end-of-day updates. Track performance & deadlines of each team member. Keep production running smoothly like a machine. Performance KPIs (Your Success Will Be Measured On) 95% tasks delivered on or before deadline <10% revision rate Zero client escalations Daily updates + weekly reports sent on time All creatives delivered with zero grammar/branding errors Smooth coordination across editor, designer, ads & automation SOP adherence across all clients If these KPIs are met → clients stay happy → agency scales → your position grows rapidly. Required Skills Must-Have Strong project management skills Excellent spoken & written English Ability to manage multiple clients at once Highly organized, structured & detail oriented Strong follow-up ability Comfortable using tools like: ClickUp / Notion Google Drive Sheets, Docs & Slides WhatsApp Business, Slack Canva & Google Slides Bonus (Not Mandatory) Understanding of performance marketing Basic understanding of landing pages & funnels Ability to review creative for marketing logic Experience working in an agency Work Schedule Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST Remote role Compensation & Growth Path 7-Day Trial 3-Month Probation (Salary based on experience & evaluation) Full-Time: Competitive salary + performance-linked bonuses Fast growth path into Senior PM → Operations Manager
