Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the ETS Assessment Services team.
Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Experience working with ETS assessment services or similar industries is preferred.
