Project Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing projects of medium complexity with limited supervision, following the ACI project management methodology. Your role will involve managing all facets of multiple projects, from initiation through implementation and delivery. You will coordinate departmental or cross-functional teams, provide planning and direction on schedules, and monitor budget/spending to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor project scope and baseline to ensure delivery compliance. - Develop project plans, schedules, agreements, and proposals, ensuring timely completion within budget. - Manage all aspects of the project including research, analysis, documentation, design/development, testing, negotiation, problem resolution, training, status reporting, implementation, deliverables, project closing, and post-rollout review/audit. - Establish and review business control requirements. - Deliver quality reviews and address any deficiencies. - Manage project issues and risks through identification, evaluation, tracking, communication, and mediation. - Develop and present project documentation to all project stakeholders. - Obtain needed resources, establish the project team, and delegate individual responsibilities. - Perform other duties as assigned. - Understand and adhere to all corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. - Minimum of 2 years of related experience. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - PMI Certification, working towards obtaining or approved equivalent.
