Role Objective

day-to-day execution of prefab projects

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution & Coordination

• Take over projects after sales handover
• Coordinate with design, production, dispatch and site teams
• Track each project from drawings to final installation

2. Site Readiness & Installation Planning

• Ensure foundations, access, crane, utilities and manpower are ready before dispatch
• Plan installation schedules and mobilize installation teams
• Monitor site progress and resolve execution bottlenecks

3. Factory & Dispatch Alignment

• Align production and dispatch with site readiness
• Verify drawings, BOQs and packing lists before material is shipped
• Avoid mismatches between what is produced and what is required on site

4. Design & Technical Control

• Ensure all drawings, layouts and technical details are frozen before production
• Coordinate with design team to resolve site-specific issues

5. Client & Franchise Communication

• Act as the main execution contact for customers after order confirmation
• Coordinate with franchise partners and site contractors
• Provide regular project updates to clients

6. Reporting & Issue Management

• Maintain project trackers for timelines, dispatches and installations
• Escalate risks and delays early
• Support management with weekly execution reports
  

Minimum Education

Mandatory:

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Construction or Industrial Engineering

Candidates without an engineering degree will not be considered.

Preferred:

Post-graduate qualification in Project / Construction / Operations Management

Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera or similar tools is a plus.

Experience Required

• 5–10 years of experience in

  prefab, modular buildings, real estate projects, EPC, industrial construction or large-scale installations

• Experience handling multiple live sites

• Exposure to factory-to-site execution models
