Architectural Designer – Modular Homes & Cottages

Role Overview

Architectural Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize

  floor plans and elevations

  for modular projects.
• Create

  detailed working drawings

  including electrical layouts, plumbing layouts, and door-window schedules.
• Coordinate with

  production teams

  for fabrication drawings and with

  site teams

  for installation.
• Interpret client requirements and adapt designs within the modular system framework.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, detailed, and aligned with company standards.
• Support documentation and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification

  : B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.

• Experience

  : 3–5 years of relevant experience in architecture, interiors, prefab/modular construction, or residential projects.

• Software Skills

  : Proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  (mandatory), SketchUp/Revit (preferred).

• Knowledge

  : Understanding of MEP layouts and integration.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work with factory and site teams.
  

What We Offer

  ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month
